HUMAN RESOURCES
Agroinnova represents more and more a place for young graduates and Ph. D. willing to enter postgraduate research. This means the need of creating an attractive environment for carrying out research work. Special attention is paid to provide junior researchers opportunities for
following courses, seminars,
attending congresses presenting
the results of their own
research, and spend periods
of training/research in foreign
laboratories.
Most Ph. D. students prepare
their thesis in the frame of European
projects and all of them spend at least 6 months abroad during their studies.
Specially tailored high level English courses are organized for Ph. D. students as well as for post-doc in order to improve their skills in writing papers and presenting the results of their research.
Also, English courses are organized for co-workers involved in the organization of life-long learning courses.
